House Rules & Policies

We want guests to enjoy the cottage and the waterfront while also respecting the surrounding community. -Respect for neighbours This is a quiet residential area. Guests are expected to keep noise at reasonable levels at all times and observe local quiet hours. Excessive noise or disruption is not permitted. -Occupancy The cottage is intended for registered guests only. Maximum occupancy is confirmed during the booking process. -Events & parties Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. -Pets Please inquire about pets prior to booking. Pet approval is at the owner’s discretion. -Smoking Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cottage. -Booking process All bookings are by inquiry and approval. Availability, rates, and stay details are confirmed directly with the owner prior to acceptance. -Use at own risk Guests use the property, waterfront, dock, and river at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times near the water.
